No Wuckin' Fay
03:12
|
|||
When I saw you across the room, hey I know that face.
Can’t put my finger on it, do we have mutual mates?
You start to walk on over, what can I say.
Then I start to freak out. No wuckin’ fay.
No wuckin’ fay!
Went down to the local skatey, he asked if I could skate that trick.
I said ‘Mate, are you for real? Are you being legit?’
Pretty sure after that question I am gonna be sick.
‘You know very well that I can’t skate that trick.’
No wuckin’ fay!
No wuckin’ forries, no wuckin’ fay.
No wuckin’ fay!

Toast to the Coast
04:00
|
|||
Found my passions and where they lie, on a Monday night
After a long day, I was feeling tired, simultaneously inspired
So I picked up my guitar and I didn’t get very far until I,
Thought of a lyric then I just rolled with it.
Like toast to the coast for first love, ooh
It’s not about you, it's about me and what I like to do.
Toast to the coast for first love, ooh
It’s not about you, it's about me and what I like to do.
There’s a hole in my heart that you can’t fill
Only music, a good laugh and a thrill.
I’m not trying to find anybody else,
I’m just trying to get a hold of myself.
Like toast to the coast for first love, ooh
It’s not about you, it's about me and what I like to do.
Toast to the coast for first love, ooh
It’s not about you, it's about me and what I like to do.
Do do do do do do, there’s too much to do
Do do do do do, and I can’t do
Do do do do do, the things that I like to do
Like toast to the coast for first love, ooh
It’s not about you, it's about me and what I like to do.
Toast to the coast for first love, ooh
It’s not about you, it's about me and what I like to do ooh

Trippin' at the Beach
04:50
|
|||
Went down to the beach one day,
Got hit by the ocean spray.
The wind was blowing wild,
And we got swept away!
Dipped my toe into the ocean,
Became engulfed by its commotion.
Something touched my foot, i was too scared too look,
Overcome by my emotion!
I tried to eat my lunch.
What was that peculiar crunch?
Is that sand? In my sandwich?
That gravely texture packs a punch!

Sugar and Spice
04:30
|
|||
I’m scared of putting the wrong type of petrol in my car.
I’m scared of running away and going way too far.
I’m scared of lights in the night sky when it's not a star.
I’m scared of you smashing and breaking my heart.
I’m scared of prickles in the grass.
I’m scared of spiders in the dark.
I’m scared of honesty. I’m scared of being me.
I’m scared of you, mostly you.
Sugar and spice and all things nice and I am falling for you.

Summer
04:17
|
|||
I can feel the sun on my neck.
I can feel the warmth in my heart.
I can see the moon overheard,
It’s just calling out for rest.
I’m just waiting around for summer.
Flowers bloom and I wonder.
So much ahead I want to leave,
I want to leave it all behind.
Waiting for the weekend to begin,
And waiting for school to end.
Even though I’m gonna miss my friends,
I just really want this to end.
I’m just waiting around for summer.
Flowers bloom and I wonder.
So much ahead I want to leave,
I want to leave it all behind.

Caveman Diet
04:24
|
|||
OH HECK! I couldn’t afford my rent this week.
Living’s not that cheap. I better stop spending.
YIKES! I couldn’t fuel up my car this week,
Petrol prices are rising and I’m running on empty.
And maybe I should start re-evaluating,
My present, financial situation.
And maybe I should learn how to start saving,
In this disposable income, type of generation.
So take me back, to a caveman diet!
Where the food was raw, and you didn’t have to buy it.
I’d be healthy, but I can’t afford to try it.
So take me back to a caveman diet!
OH NO! We bought tickets to another show.
We can’t afford to go but we will anyway.
BOTHER! I didn’t get back to my car in time.
I copped another fine. My mum’s gonna kill me.
And maybe I should start re-evaluating,
My present, financial situation.
And maybe I should learn, how to start saving,
In this disposable income, type of generation.
So take me back, to a caveman diet!
Where the food was raw, and you didn’t have to buy it.
I’d be healthy, but I can’t afford to try it.
So take me back to a caveman diet!
Eat your spaghetti on a sunday arvo,
No more smashed, avocado.
So take me back, to a caveman diet!
Where the food was raw, and you didn’t have to buy it.
I’d be healthy, but I can’t afford to try it.
So take me back to a caveman diet!
No more funds to allocate,
Put that pasta on my plate.

Lolly Boys
03:33
|
|||
You were watching me on the phone,
And I thought I was all alone,
But once I went inside I heard a tap on the door.
You knocked on the door but we wouldn’t respond.
You tried some more so we opened the door.
You asked us a favour and then some more.
You were the lolly boys, here to ask a favour of us.
You were the lolly boys, thanks for your time we had fun.
You were the lolly boys, straight back home you run.
We were unsure, didn’t really want more,
We opened up the door, and saw you all.
The first one was mad, the second was chill,
But all that we really wanted was a thrill.
But then she shouted, “rack off you’re only fifteen!
We don’t care about your stupid footy team.”
But then we stopped.
“Only if you follow our band on Instagram!”
So you whipped out your phones,
Clicked ‘follow’ and then we were almost famous.
You thought we were playing a bunch of local gigs,
But nah, we’re just staying.
You were the lolly boys, here to ask a favour of us.
You were the lolly boys, thanks for your time we had fun.
You were the lolly boys, straight back home you run.
Sour patch watermelon, party mix, red frogs and killer pythons.
Only fifteen bucks at Foodies down the road.
You were the lolly boys, here to ask a favour of us.
You were the lolly boys, thanks for your time we had fun.
You were the lolly boys, straight back home you run.

The Mountains
05:09
|
|||
I love this world, I think I love you too.
You said you loved me, and then you climbed a tree.
The mountains they call me.
The mountains remind me of you.
I call to the mountains,
I thank them for life,
I thank them for the air,
I thank them for my hands,
I thank them for you.
And I’m coming back for you,
That's what I said I’d do.
When I lay in the water watching the ripples go by,
The water makes me feel better than I did before.
I wish I could go back to the place we were.
I wish we could go back to the place we were.

Route 16
02:53
|
|||
Wake up at 7am in the morning, and I’m feeling kind of boring.
Walk up the aisle and sit right at the back, and I feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack.
Route 16, felt unseen, I stare out and daydream of us.
Route 16, as I dream, never felt so alive.
Home at 4 after a long day, and I’m feeling kind of crazy.
Stuck in this place, I can’t get out. I just wanna run and run and run and run and run.
Route 16, felt unseen, I stare out and daydream of us.
Route 16, as I dream, never felt so alive.

Happy as Larry
04:05
|
|||
Sitting on the couch around the table.
Contemplating everything we say and do,
But with little care for what consequences may be affecting us.
Cause we’re just living life, and having lots of fun.
We’ve hit day four and I’m still not sick of you.
We’re painting and jamming and having a grand old time.
Hey, let’s head to the beach and surf and swim so far away
That we find a special little spot just for us.
I just love spending time together, just us few.
I can’t explain how great it makes me feel.
Let’s catch up all the time now that we live in the same place
It’s just a quick train trip and then I’m next to you.
You people make me so happy,
Pretty much as happy as Larry.
You people make me smile,
Like the smile on Larry’s dial.
